About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our operations in the Coastal Carolinas. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of our operations, from profit and loss to strategic planning, ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious profit and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy: Direct all aspects of our operations, from profit and loss to strategic planning, ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious profit and growth targets.
  • Budget Management: Optimize departmental expenditures, ensuring a balanced operational budget.
  • Sales & Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships and actively participate in sales generation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory, economic, and competitive landscapes that may affect the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish, monitor, and refine internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Quickly resolve customer satisfaction issues, upholding our stellar reputation for excellence.
  • Team Development: Attract, recruit, and hire top talent, providing training to foster career development and team success.
  • Safety & Compliance: Prioritize safety and minimize legal liability.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in managing residential service operations or like businesses with progressive responsibility.
  • Proven track record as a supervisor/manager, consistently exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Expertise in analyzing cost and forecast data to align with business goals.
  • Familiarity with job costing and operational profit and loss.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local business and employment laws.
  • Ability to build, motivate, and train a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Competitive spirit and an unyielding desire to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
