**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Kitchen Manager at Heidis Corner SC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, including purchasing, inventory control, and storage, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards and adhere to recipes and service guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities and equipment, and ensure compliance with ServSafe guidelines and DHEC requirements.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve overall kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment.
