Job Overview
Servpro Industries Inc is seeking a Restoration Operations Manager.
As a vital representative of the Servpro brand, the Restoration Operations Manager embodies the company’s commitment to customer service. This role involves coordinating, overseeing, and executing work activities on various projects to meet service requirements and ensure a positive experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality assurance.
- Enhance customer and client satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
- Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their tasks.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate job file to document the services rendered.
- Oversee labor and material usage on assigned projects.
- Communicate with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project updates and challenges.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and communicate all OSHA regulations for job safety.
- Safeguard assets by properly managing equipment and materials.
- Provide coaching and training to restoration technicians.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma/GED (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
- IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel out-of-state on short notice.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:
- Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
