Key Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries via phone and email from SEKO's clients and partners, as well as consumers seeking information about shipment statuses.
  • Input shipment information into SEKO's systems, including recoveries, Proof of Delivery (POD), and alerts.
  • Coordinate pick-up schedules.
  • Establish new accounts in SEKO's systems and maintain existing account information.
  • Resolve shipment-related issues by collaborating with SEKO's partners.
  • Adhere to SEKO's C-TPAT Security Profile.
  • Expected to embody SEKO's Core Values.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in a customer service capacity.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in the logistics sector is advantageous.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Call center experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general computer operations.
  • Data entry proficiency is required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
