Position Overview

As a Senior Client Support Specialist at Americold, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Handle all customer questions and concerns related to service requests, shipments, and inventory management.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and relay customer insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance, including managing documentation associated with orders, maintaining organized files, and operating office equipment.
  • Load Scheduling: Coordinate loading schedules as necessary and keep accurate reports to ensure all shipments are processed efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to product refusals, discrepancies, and damages.
