Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Experience team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering valuable partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 customer support via the online portal, phone, and chat
  • Learn and navigate OnPay systems to respond to client issues effectively
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and identify solutions for clients and internal teams
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of client issues and resolutions
  • Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem and utilize resources to generate accurate solutions
  • Consistently meet role-related goals
