Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Mission Critical Data Center Program Lead to join our team. This position will focus on enhancing our North American operations while integrating global resources to provide cost-effective and timely services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute design and planning assignments for data centers, from small facilities to hyperscale operations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Utilize your strong electrical engineering background to design data centers, including power distribution systems, substations, switchgear, and more.
  • Conduct power network studies and oversee complex electrical building designs.
  • Develop detailed designs for electrical systems, including load calculations and equipment selection.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Engage with clients to showcase our team's capabilities in delivering high-end data center designs.
  • Prepare engineering specifications and manage bid documents and submittals.
  • Oversee project management focusing on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Support junior engineers and assist in talent recruitment.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 8-15 years of experience in consulting engineering, particularly in data centers.
  • Proficiency in design software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Experience with power analysis tools like SKM and EasyPower ETAP.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC Codes and Standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
