Responsibilities

+ Conduct comprehensive electrical power systems design for water and wastewater treatment facilities with minimal oversight from a Senior Level Electrical Engineer.

+ Execute load calculations, detailed conduit routing, motor control center and switchgear design, and generate specifications.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

+ Familiarity with power system applications, including the calculation of available short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and power factor.

+ Experience in field investigations and start-up processes.

+ Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 820, and NESC standards.

+ Familiarity with the IEEE color book series.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Highly motivated, articulate, and self-driven.

+ Ability to engage positively with clients.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.

+ PE registration is required.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
