Job Overview
Fidelity Hotel, a luxury hotel located in the historic Baker Building, is seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in high-volume, luxury hotel settings and possess a deep understanding of hospitality principles. A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include managing departmental budgets and communicating goals to the team, organizing pre-stay communications and planning, and developing guest loyalty through retention initiatives. Additionally, the Assistant Front Office Manager will collaborate with the Front Office Manager to establish department goals and metrics, monitor performance, and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
