About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive II to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with senior-level clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Risk and Insurance Expertise: Utilize your expertise in risk and insurance to identify opportunities for growth and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in risk and insurance, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Skills: Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
