About the Job:

This Business Development Manager role at Roush Entertainment Systems offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects to drive new business opportunities
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed in their roles
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive business growth
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Roush remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.
