Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Odin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide regular project updates.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all project work meets the highest quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and finances, including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as project management principles and practices.
