Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Excellence and Leadership: Provide technical expertise and leadership to a team of architectural professionals, ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Project Delivery: Play a key role in the delivery of multiple, high-profile design projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Development: Participate in client relationship development activities, working closely with client managers and business development teams to drive top-line sales growth.
  • Proposal and Presentation Support: Contribute to direct sales activities, assisting in submitting qualifications, LOIs, and proposals, and participating in group presentations for winning new work.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with leaders, teams, and associates across the firm to drive success and promote an environment that fosters teamwork.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all client and regulatory requirements, providing expertise on codes, quality assurance, and construction methods and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional Registration: Requires professional registration/certification in discipline.
  • Experience: 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs, as well as solid knowledge of the relevant market sector.
