- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all client and regulatory requirements, providing expertise on codes, quality assurance, and construction methods and materials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Registration: Requires professional registration/certification in discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years relevant experience.
- Skills: Thorough knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs, as well as solid knowledge of the relevant market sector.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates. The salary for this position in Colorado ranges from $112,000.00 to $185,000.00 annually, based on specific education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
