Position Overview
This role is situated within the Large Business and International (LB&I) Division, specifically in the Office of Program and Business Solutions. The incumbent will engage in various analytical projects that tackle intricate challenges, necessitating innovative and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive studies and analyses to address complex issues, utilizing significant ingenuity to determine methodologies and identify relevant factors for evaluation.
2. Extract and interpret data insights to enhance business outcomes and meet organizational objectives.
3. Lead project teams by effectively distributing and balancing tasks according to team members' skills and project goals, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
4. Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and objectives.
5. Formulate overall concepts and methodologies for studies, employing research techniques to determine data collection needs and analyze information from diverse sources.
6. Design and implement appropriate methodologies and tools to address analytical challenges, utilizing multiple data sources to enhance existing programs or initiatives.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate specialized experience at a level equivalent to GS-13 in the Federal service, including:
- Leading significant project initiatives that require a broad range of evaluative and analytical techniques.
- Familiarity with laws, policies, and regulations to prepare recommendations impacting program execution.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication to present findings and negotiate solutions.
- Experience with data systems and programming for analysis and solution development.
- Knowledge of software tools such as Access, SQL Server, and SharePoint for creating customized solutions.

Additional Information
This position may involve telework options, contingent upon meeting eligibility requirements. Candidates must be prepared to report to their designated post of duty as directed by management.
