Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to become a vital part of our compliance division at the Corporate Office. The Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization’s adherence to all applicable regulations and standards associated with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD programs across a diverse portfolio of properties.
This role involves meticulous review and auditing of tenant documentation to guarantee compliance with all necessary requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily communication with both onsite and corporate teams to ensure regulatory compliance across various housing program layers.
- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of tenant files, addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
- Follow up on necessary corrections to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Input data into compliance reporting systems accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and compliance-specific tools on a daily basis.
What We Offer:
The Compliance Analyst will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package starting from the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in processing LIHTC certification paperwork is required.
- Preferred experience includes three (3) years in processing HUD certification paperwork.
- Certifications such as Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Property Management Compliance Software (Real Page or Yardi) is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
- A strong attention to detail is a must.
