A leading non-profit organization dedicated to community development and outreach initiatives is seeking a Customer Service Liaison to support their team. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will play a key role in connecting with community members and providing information about our programs and services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inquiries from community members via various channels.
  • Respond to calls and messages from new and existing community members in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about programs, verify requests, answer questions, and offer assistance regarding services offered.
  • Serve as a liaison between community partners and our in-house team to facilitate collaboration.
  • Assist with event registrations and manage follow-up communications.
  • Support additional projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or community engagement roles preferred.
  • Experience in non-profit or community-focused environments is a plus.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, both over the phone and in person.
