Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at JobRialto, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing information and resolving issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Determine the root cause of customer issues and provide solutions or escalate to relevant teams as needed
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2-4 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
