Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Duration: 4+ Months Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our operations division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex customer inquiries, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer cases, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, with a focus on managing customer escalations in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer cases and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience using CRM software a plus.
