Position Overview

TDI, a premier advisory and risk intelligence firm, is actively seeking a Training Lead to enhance our training initiatives.

This role will focus on developing and implementing comprehensive training programs across our Due Diligence & Investigations (DD&I) and Advisory sectors.

The Training Lead will be responsible for orchestrating onboarding and advanced training sessions, spearheading the creation of innovative training content, and ensuring our methodologies reflect the latest advancements in open source intelligence (OSINT) practices.

Collaboration with practice leaders and human resources will be essential to foster professional development and training strategies that support the firm’s rapid growth.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training and education, coupled with significant experience in intelligence analysis, due diligence, or investigative work.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training materials through diverse instructional methods, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, lectures, and digital platforms.

Enhance the onboarding experience by providing in-office support, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Contribute to cultivating a professional culture within TDI for all incoming staff.

Develop and organize training manuals, reference materials, assessment procedures, and multimedia aids.

Design and implement training programs, policies, and schedules that align with our internal quality standards.

Continuously refine training offerings based on participant feedback, industry developments, and client needs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

Assess the impact of training initiatives through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics, utilizing this data for ongoing improvements.

Ensure alignment of training programs with the organization’s strategic goals and client expectations.

Collaborate with internal experts to create specialized training content.

Facilitate ongoing training opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and stay informed on best practices.

Mentor team members in research methodologies, analytical techniques, and report preparation for client delivery.

Utilize various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools to develop and deliver online training when appropriate.

Adapt training content to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure accessibility for all participants.

Serve as the internal authority on current OSINT techniques, tools, and best practices.

Stay informed on external training and development opportunities and integrate relevant insights into internal programs.

Maintain accurate training records.

Required Experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant OSINT analysis experience, including:
  • At least 4 years advising clients on regulatory or reputational risk and/or preparing compliance or due diligence reports.
  • At least 4 years in investigative litigation support, commercial fraud investigations, or multi-jurisdictional inquiries.
  • At least 4 years conducting intelligence analysis for government entities or contractors, plus 1-2 years in a private sector client-facing role.
  • A minimum of 2 years training or mentoring in intelligence analysis, investigations, or due diligence.
  • At least 2 years reviewing and ensuring quality control for intelligence or investigative reports.

Professional fluency in English is required.
