Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across multiple functional teams to gain a deep understanding of OCI's product offerings, technical capabilities, and unique value proposition.
  • Produce high-quality technical product blogs and create video scripts for our OCI First Principles program targeting external audiences.
  • Engage with various stakeholders like marketing, product, and legal to help publish blog content, facilitate video recording, and assist in producing and publishing the video content.
  • Partner with program and product management teams to understand customer needs and translate them into powerful solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market shifts to ensure our blogs focus on relevant content and forward-thinking.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, possess strong interpersonal skills and proven experience working with engineers, architects, and senior executives.
  • Ability to synthesize collateral, formulate technical topics, and craft engaging technical blog content and video scripts for our OCI First Principles Program.
  • Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn about new tools, software, and market opportunities quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of product design, program management, or related experience with a development background.
  • Master's degree in computer science or relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Thorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services, such as Compute, Storage, Identity, and Networking.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services.
