Senior Technical Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Content Specialist to join our team at DigitalOcean. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-focused documentation for our cloud-based products, particularly our AI/ML offering, Paperspace.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and explain the technical functionality of in-progress and release-ready cloud-based products.
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, product management, and product marketing to create user-focused documentation.
- Review and edit content written by product managers, support advocates, and engineers.
- Maintain existing documentation as changes are introduced to existing products.
- Publish content to our content portal at docs.digitalocean.com.
- 7+ years of experience producing technical content.
- Experience with AI/ML.
- Strong research skills and ability to pick up new technical concepts quickly.
- A portfolio of published writing for a technical audience on cloud computing or related concepts.
- Experience with software version control and Git-based workflow.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $155,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills.
- A bonus in addition to base salary, determined based on company and individual performance.
