Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role:
DocuSign is seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Applications Product Engineering team. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will oversee and lead various finance initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between business partners, Product Management, and Product Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Manage contractor or FTE technical project managers in a highly matrixed organization
• Act as a liaison between the Product Management and Product Engineering teams in the US and Bengaluru, India
• Lead the US-based business and IT partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination of tasks
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on Oracle Cloud ERP platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution
• Lead the collection of key data and reporting across remote Product and Engineering teams
• Take initiative and produce timely results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through thorough testing and validation processes
• Mentor and guide the Technical Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, Scrum Master focusing on Finance Applications preferably Oracle ERP Cloud
• 8+ years of experience on the Oracle ERP platform as an Implementer, Technical Lead, or Technical Project Manager
• Deep understanding and experience on the Oracle technology stack, including OCI and OIC
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with the Agile/Scrum principles to facilitate and drive projects across teams
• Experience with leading projects across cross-functional teams across different functional areas work streams
• Experience with leading Quote to Cash projects that span across multiple applications, including but not limited to Oracle, SFDC, Apttus, and Revenue systems
• Preferred qualifications include PMP or similar certification, ability to collaborate with SMEs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of working closely with engineering teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams based in different locations
