Triton Technical Support Specialist

- Assist clients with software and hardware issues
- Work as the first point of contact for clients and route helpdesk tickets
- Contribute to Microsoft server management and maintenance tasks
- Implement software and configure systems
- Manage issue resolution and escalation according to defined procedures
- Upgrade desktop, server, network, telecom, satellite, and AV systems
- Generate and maintain site information spreadsheets and user documentation
- Improve documentation on new and existing project installations and procedures
- Visit client sites and assist with on-site project work as needed
- Be available for rotating weekend and time-shifted shifts
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A+ / Network+ level knowledge or equivalent experience
- Helpdesk and ticket management experience
