Strategic Account Development Specialist

This position is responsible for developing and growing business with large manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:- Account Strategy Development:
We are seeking an experienced account strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to maintain and grow existing account revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Customer Relationship Building:You will work closely with key decision makers within assigned strategic accounts to understand their needs, strategies, and decision-making hierarchy. This requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
Sales Negotiation Coordination:As a strategic account specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating sales negotiations in their entirety. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, developing proposals, and negotiating deals with customers.
Requirements:- Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Qualifications:Proven success developing and growing business with large manufacturers. Ability to lead cross-functional projects without direct authority. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Benefits:At ATS, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
