Job Title: P6 Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled P6 Scheduler to join our team at Management Solutions LLC. As a P6 Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by developing and maintaining accurate cost and schedule baselines, analyzing project variances, and providing timely reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated critical path schedules for major projects and/or portfolios of projects in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Analyze project progress information from project managers and team members to update and monitor project schedules.
  • Evaluate and update data regarding schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource requirements, subcontractor commitments, and project accruals.
  • Review schedule progress and productivity of resources.
  • Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts, validate project costs, and update requirements as needed.
  • Monitor progress of project deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
  • Perform performance reporting for a portfolio of projects or programs using Earned Value Management.
  • Prepare client and internal status reports to communicate cost status and document trends.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of project controls experience
  • Intermediate P6 user
  • Intermediate level competency in both schedule and cost control
  • Intermediate level understanding of project management
  • Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Office suite
  • High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills
  • Government experience and PMP or other applicable certification preferred
