A Client Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the comprehensive sales operations processes, which encompass order management, backlog oversight, and addressing customer inquiries regarding supply and issue resolution in areas such as shipments and pricing.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of incoming EDI/manual orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the supply planning team to address any discrepancies between supply and customer requested order dates.
- Effectively communicate delivery timelines and expectations to clients.
- Gather and provide necessary shipment documentation as required.
- Articulate expected shipment outcomes based on delivery timelines and incoterms.
Assist with various activities related to:
- Incoterms and payment terms
- Credit management and holds
- Quality assurance holds
- End-of-Life product statuses
- Channel inventory management
- New customer onboarding and shipping instructions
- Sample requests and ERP system modifications
Act as a key liaison between internal departments (sales, business units, logistics, finance, IT, supply planning) to achieve objectives set by both internal and external stakeholders.
Support customer onboarding initiatives.
