The Brokerage Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations at Ryan Specialty. This position is responsible for providing operational support to the brokerage team by efficiently handling day-to-day tasks.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the execution and coordination of day-to-day brokerage operations, supporting the implementation and improvement of operational procedures, and maintaining accurate and organized records of client accounts and transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry or Underwriting, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management are preferred, but any other related discipline or commensurate work experience will be considered.
