The Administrative Support Associate at Crescent Solutions plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional support to clients and prospects, exceeding their expectations and adding value through high-quality service.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, reporting, marketing, and facilities management.
  • Supporting the Assistant to the CEO in accomplishing administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of Crescent Solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum education level of a High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience, with new account experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to be flexible, work independently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The ability to cross-sell bank products and services to existing clients and prospects, growing new profitable relationships by referring opportunities to other parts of the company.
  • Presents a professional image and works well in a team environment.
