Job Description

Position Overview:

PICA Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the medical devices and wearable technology industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, fostering customer relationships, and shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to align with market trends and customer needs in medical devices and wearable technology industries.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify new prospects, build lasting relationships, and convert them into leads through strategic sales activities.
  • Team Management: Recruit and manage account-specific sales representatives to ensure they can deliver exceptional results and drive growth in key sectors.
  • Project Management: Oversee project development from initiation to production ramp-up, collaborating with Account Managers and manufacturing partners to service existing accounts and ensure the successful delivery of products like Flex PCBs and Rigid-Flex circuits.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive the pricing process, close deals, and consistently contribute to profitable growth in sales revenues, particularly in the medical and wearable device markets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints efficiently, leveraging all available company resources to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor competition, recommend changes in products, services, and policies, and maintain professional and technical knowledge to stay ahead in the evolving electronics manufacturing landscape.

Travel Requirement:

  • 40-60% travel is expected.
