- Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and train Business Development staff to achieve business development, growth, and enrollment targets
- Education
- Bachelor's degree required or Master's degree preferred
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in healthcare, particularly in organizations serving the geriatric population
- Minimum 2 years of supervising and managing teams
- Skills
- Strong background and experience in business development in a B2B and/or professional services setting
- Excellent leadership, consensus building, project management, PR, account management, and external relations skills
- Ability to think, plan, and sell strategically
- Language
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred
- Fluency in other languages is an asset
- Certifications
- BLS and First Aid certification required
