**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a proactive Attendance Clerk for a remote contractual position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, overseeing time-off requests, and generating detailed attendance summaries. This role requires strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proficient typing speed to efficiently execute daily assignments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain precise attendance records and generate detailed attendance summaries
  • Oversee time-off requests and ensure accurate monitoring of employee attendance
  • Engage in dialogues with staff on attendance protocols and deliver exceptional customer support
  • Utilize adept clerical competencies to ensure prompt and accurate monitoring of employee attendance

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Proficiency in clerical procedures and typing
  • Advanced written and verbal communication aptitude
  • Proficient phone demeanor and adept customer service aptitude
  • Interpersonal skills for fostering collaborative interactions with colleagues and staff
  • Demonstrated precision and attention to detail in attendance record maintenance
  • Capability to work autonomously and in a remote capacity
  • Prior experience in HR or payroll administration is advantageous
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent qualification
