Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for firm-approved applications using various methods.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PC equipment and peripherals, including virus scanning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Set up and configure desktops, notebooks, printers for optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with local Technology team for installations, training, and support.
  • Provide audio/visual support for onsite and offsite events.
  • Assist in configuring and deploying Apple DEP devices and personal mobile devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
  • 3 years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
  • 2 years of experience with notebook computers, preferably Lenovo.
  • Experience with remote communications hardware and technical documentation.
