The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Member Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our offices. Your primary focus will be on removing barriers to care, ensuring a positive in-office experience, and serving as a liaison between patients and our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in our offices
  • Remove barriers to care and ensure a positive in-office experience
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and our healthcare team
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
  • A proven track record of persisting through change and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously

Physical Demands

This role requires mostly sedentary work duties, with occasional exertion of up to ten pounds of force. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
