Job Summary:

The Compact Equipment Sales Representative (CESR) is a key member of the BRAMCO GROUP sales team, responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the compact equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain a robust customer base for compact equipment sales, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote the sales of compact equipment lines and customer support programs, ensuring customers are kept informed about manufacturer's information and product updates.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report competitive market data, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, attending sales training and staying informed about all compact equipment products and services.
  • Customer Visits: Regularly visit customer facilities and job sites to investigate current and future equipment needs, building strong relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, coordinate sales efforts, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field highly desired.
  • Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience in compact equipment or working with related equipment required.
  • Skills: High proficiency in customer relationship skills, knowledge of compact equipment applications, discretion in handling confidential company information, and excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Travel: Able to travel overnight for product training or company-related business (
