About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Laboratory Division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the acute care hospital market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital lab directors and purchasing managers
  • Present and demonstrate Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment to customers
  • Collaborate with our field sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Manage and maintain existing business, including presenting new products to grow business
  • Heavy cold calling and targeting/prospecting new account opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience
  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
  • Ability to present multiple product lines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
