Job Overview

SalesForce4Hire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling diagnostic devices into hospitals and physician offices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and distributors.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our diagnostic devices.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data through our CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or biology.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and market trends.
  • Fluency in a second language.
