We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Laboratory Division at Medline Industries. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the acute care hospital market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospital lab directors and purchasing managers
- Present and demonstrate Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment to customers
- Collaborate with our field sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Manage and maintain existing business, including presenting new products to grow business
- Heavy cold calling and prospecting new account opportunities
- Manage territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and franchise mentality
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
- Ability to present multiple product lines
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Stable work history
- Ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Previous laboratory consumables and capital equipment sales experience preferred
