The Compact Equipment Sales Representative (CESR) is responsible for driving business growth and maintaining customer relationships within assigned sales territories for the BRAMCO GROUP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain a strong customer base for compact equipment sales, promoting sales of compact equipment lines and customer support programs.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure customers are kept current with manufacturer's information, maintain high levels of product and service knowledge, and take positive action to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Report competitive market data and frequently visit customer facilities and job sites to investigate current and future equipment needs.
  • Sales Territory Growth: Continually develop assigned sales territory and increase customer base through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Training and Development: Attend sales training to remain adequately informed of all compact equipment products and services.
  • Equipment Demonstrations: Tow and show compact equipment to multiple customers per week.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field highly desired.
  • Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience in compact equipment or working with related equipment required.
  • Skills: High proficiency in customer relationship skills, knowledge of compact equipment applications, discretion in handling confidential company information, positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.
  • Travel: Able to travel overnight for product training or company-related business (
