Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stellar Energy Americas Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reception, mail, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, applicants, and employees
  • Answer and direct phone calls, prepare messages, and perform clerical duties
  • Sort and file records, process mail, and maintain office supplies
  • Respond to administrative inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain office equipment, coordinate maintenance, and replenish break room inventory
  • Set up offices for new employees, manage employee moves, and purchase office furniture as needed
  • Communicate with IT and facilities maintenance teams
  • Input daily time entry for shop personnel into ADP
  • Assist in organizing special events and meetings
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of experience in hands-on support activities
Work Environment

This position operates in a fabrication facility environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme conditions at construction job sites.
