As a Senior Digital Engagement Manager at Ingredient, you will spearhead our social media initiatives and execution across diverse platforms.

Your role will involve overseeing a skilled team of social media professionals, ensuring that our clients' brand messaging is coherent, captivating, and influential.

This position is vital in enhancing our content, expanding our online community, and fostering engagement through innovative and data-informed social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement a detailed social media strategy that aligns with the client's marketing objectives.
Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media initiatives and campaigns.

Team Leadership:
Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of social media managers.
Offer support, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth to team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and cultivate a collaborative and enthusiastic team atmosphere.

Content Creation and Management:


Supervise and contribute to the development of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure cohesive and compelling narratives across platforms.

Manage social media content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Community Engagement:


Oversee a team dedicated to monitoring and interacting with clients' online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to broaden our reach and impact.

Performance Analytics:
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Leverage data-driven insights to enhance content and boost engagement.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on social media performance and trends.

Staying Ahead of Trends:
Remain informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Regularly share these insights internally and with clients.
Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in our social media strategies.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in social media management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful social media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

In the spirit of transparency, the salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, based on various factors including skills and experience.

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional in-office meetings.
