- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance content and boost engagement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on social media performance and trends.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Regularly share these insights both internally and with clients.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in our social media strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and a sharp eye for detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, exclusive of benefits. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience, with a focus on pay equity among team members.
Work Environment:
We work collaboratively as a team. Each member's contributions are valued and respected. This is a hybrid position, with occasional in-office meetings or client site visits as needed.
