Job Description:

CASA Inc. is a leading organization dedicated to fostering a more equitable society by empowering marginalized communities. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as the Racial Justice, Equity, and Inclusion Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and teams to establish policies that address systemic barriers and biases.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on topics such as anti-racism, unconscious bias, and cultural competence.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.
  • Advocate for marginalized communities and work towards eliminating discrimination.
  • Track and measure the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Social Justice, Diversity Studies, or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum two years' experience in racial and gender justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Anti-racism training certification and a strong understanding of social justice principles.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
