About the role
A Sales Strategist at Aprende Workforce will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed targets, manage the full sales cycle, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record at fast growing startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, manage the full sales cycle, and track performance metrics.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serve as the lead contact, and propose new sales tactics to engage leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, deliver presentations, attend conferences, and utilize CRM tools for client management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record at fast growing startups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Data driven mindset, a continuous test + iterate mentality.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Estimated Salary: $120K - $180K per year, based on performance.
