Job Description

PURIS Corporation, LLC is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation, support, and maintenance of our human resource information system (HRIS). This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all functional areas within the HRIS system, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and applicant tracking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data, including payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics needs across all functional HR teams, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • System Implementations: Serve as the key point of contact for all new HRIS-related software implementations and system integrations.
  • Training and Development: Conduct process and functionality trainings for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • HR Reporting: Develop HR reports, insights, dashboards, and infographics on key employee metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
  • System Testing: Conduct new system set and test functionality to requirements related to workforce analytics.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and define employee performance metrics (KPIs), providing insights on business performance.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting teams to identify, plan, design, and implement necessary systems, documents, and processes.
  • Production Support: Provide production support, including resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality with employees and sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • HRIS Experience: 6+ years of extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Leadership Experience: 4+ years of direct experience as a lead for ADP implementation, integrations, and administration.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle unexpected situations efficiently.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-SCP: Senior Certified Professional- SHRM-SCP (preferred).
  • HRIP: Human Resource Information Professional- HRIP (preferred).
