Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, showcasing exceptional interpersonal abilities and a service-oriented approach.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a positive experience for both new and departing team members.

  • Collaborate with various departments to implement HR strategies and enhance operational processes.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to guarantee compliance in all HR activities.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required.
Work Environment

This position operates in a hybrid model, typically requiring two days in the office each week. Additional in-office presence may be necessary during specific events.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, demonstrating a history of increasing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR platforms for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience in multistate HR operations, with a preference for California experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Familiarity with Paycor HRIS system.
