We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Quast Media LLC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the healthcare, manufacturing, museums, education, franchise-model businesses, and corporations sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Outreach:
    • Make 150-300 cold calls per day targeting key decision-makers in the targeted industries.
    • Send 600 emails per week and engage in LinkedIn direct messaging to generate leads.
    • Conduct door-to-door outreach to potential clients in the targeted industries.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    • Identify and engage key decision-makers such as Executive Directors, Curators, and Grant Writers for museums, and Marketing Executives for healthcare and manufacturing.
    • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present our solutions.
    • Qualify leads by ensuring they meet criteria for potential partnerships.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with Quast Media's CEO after discovery calls to strategize next steps.
    • Prepare and send agendas and recap notes after each prospect meeting.
    • Meticulously log all activities in HubSpot CRM, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and budget considerations, especially with non-profit organizations.
    • Develop strategies to offer technology solutions that align with clients' budget constraints and enhance their operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience as an SDR or in a similar role with a focus on high-volume cold calling and emailing.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
    • Proficient in using CRM software like HubSpot.
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets).
    • Comfortable with MacOS, as a MacBook will be provided.
  • Attributes:
    • Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
    • Teachable and open to critical feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Interested in technology and its application in enhancing client experiences.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Location:
    • Local and within a reasonable commute to our Franklin, TN office. This role is not remote.
