Director of Operations and Sales Lead

Pearson Realty Group/PRG Management is an innovative and tech-savvy real estate brokerage located in the heart of Chicago. We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, dependable, and experienced Director of Operations and Sales to join our team of over 150 real estate agents and staff.
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the business. The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience working for a real estate brokerage and can effectively manage the flow of information and requests while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to our brokers
- Oversee the recruiting process, progress, and goals for the sales team
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for both staff and brokers
- Review and submit deals for processing and create agent disbursements
- Organize and manage databases and CRM systems
- Drive growth of sales, conversion, opportunities, and profitability
- Setup, organize, and manage company technology platforms
- Manage office staff, individual roles, and goals for all employees
- Plan and organize company events and staff training
- Assist with brokerage agent recruiting
- Maintain office supplies and manage office facilities
- Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure performance goals are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
Experience:
- Sales experience in the real estate industry: 3+ years (Required)
Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
