Operations Director and Sales Strategist

Pearson Realty Group, a leading real estate brokerage in Chicago, is seeking an experienced Operations Director and Sales Strategist to join its team of over 150 agents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations and sales management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, including recruiting, onboarding, and training agents and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, conversion, opportunities, and profitability.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of company events and staff training programs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business goals and objectives.
  • Provide personalized support to brokers and agents, addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience in real estate operations or sales management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using MLS, dotloop, Adobe Suite, and G-Suite a plus.
Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $100,000 per year salary range based on experience.
  • Full-time office setting (besides any on-site events as needed).

Schedule: 8 hour shift. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Relocation: Required to relocate to Chicago, IL before starting work.
