Job Overview

As an Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales business plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to generate customer quotes and order status.
  • Effectively manage contract execution and supply management reporting.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience in industrial distribution or related field.
  • Strong understanding of conveyors and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel required.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
