Helix Resources LLC is currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Supervisors. We are in search of a dedicated and proactive individual to implement procedures and policies effectively.

Position Overview
  • As an Electrical Project Supervisor, you will oversee teams and facilitate projects within our Industrial and Water sectors, managing electrical operations and installations on self-performed construction assignments. Your role will involve providing guidance and training, along with conducting daily inspections of completed work. You will serve as a liaison and coordinator between contractors and equipment suppliers, addressing any issues that may arise. Your ability to navigate challenging field situations and collaborate with our engineering teams to tackle electrical construction hurdles will be essential. Responsibilities:
  • Direct the electrical components of a project as the Supervisor, overseeing foremen and electrical craft personnel, while ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between field engineering and craft teams to guarantee compliance with construction drawings and specifications, addressing engineering challenges in collaboration with project and technical teams.
  • Effectively coordinate with other supervisors, subcontractors, external inspection agencies, clients, and Helix Resources LLC staff to maintain smooth workflow and schedule compliance.
  • Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling issues, keeping project and corporate management informed as necessary.
  • Assist in schedule development, determining labor requirements, material quantities, and equipment needs.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to project rules, procedures, and programs, including safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as outlined in our non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies.
  • Establish budgetary guidelines for projects and ensure compliance with cost control measures. Provide safety training and awareness for all personnel.
  • Set quality standards for all projects and ensure compliance with quality assurance and company standards. Develop and manage project schedules (e.g., three-week, 90-day, manpower loading), coordinate contractor work and supplier deliveries, and ensure timely inspections.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the self-perform construction industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing foremen and electrical craft personnel.
  • Familiarity with state licensing requirements for journeymen to apprentice ratios necessary for electrical work.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical construction.
  • Advanced understanding of various construction disciplines, including safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings, procurement, and estimating.
  • Proven ability to effectively supervise and assess craft performance.
  • Highly motivated with a strong commitment to excellence and initiative; excellent leadership skills with the capacity to mentor and develop employees.
  • Strong work ethic, dedicated to completing tasks correctly the first time.
  • Commitment to safety, with the ability to promote a culture where no one gets hurt.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
  • Dependent on experience

  • Pay Schedule - Monday to Sunday
